Apartment Description

University Suites and Villas are a 300 bed complex designed for the students at WCU and SCC. We offer Studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, and 4 Bedroom units with individual leases. All units are fully furnished with full size beds and all other furniture... needed when you move in. All you need to bring are your dishes and shower curtain. All bedrooms have their own bath and secure locks on their individual bedroom doors. We have our Villas II units across the street from Central Dorm.
