Summit at Cullowhee Apartments (Sublet / Shared Housing)

I am graduating in December of 2025 and I'm looking for someone to pick up the remainder of my lease for the Spring semester! The current lease is good until the start of August 2026, and then you can renew for a full 12-month lease if you are... returning for the 2026-2027 school year. The space for rent is one bedroom/bathroom in a 3-bedroom unit. The apartment is furnished will all needed ammenities! The bedroom is carpetted with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and full dressor. The bathroom has a toilet, bathtub with shower, and a sink with a large mirror anf cabinets. The main space has a laundry closet with a brand new washer and substantial dryer. There is an individual unit water heater that supplies enough hot water for 3 people to shower daily, run the dishwasher, and multiple loads of laundry. The living room is furnished with a leather couch, chair, and tables. There is a TV that requires an HDMI cord and player system, such as a Roku, Firestick, or X-Box. The kitchen has a stainless steel sink, full-size fridge with a freezer unit and icecube maker, an effective dishwasher, and lots of cabinet storage space! The unit it on the 4th floor so there are no noisy upstairs neighbours! My current roommates are two very kind, friendly, introverted, and considerate women.
