Spacious cabin of 720 square feet. Each bedroom has storage cubbies in addition to the normal closet. Bathroom with tub/shower in ceramic tile. Livingroom and kitchen great-room with direct access to wonderful back porch and backyard. Community fire-pit for casual get-togethers with neighbors. Relax and unwind in this hidden gem while watching the river flow-by.....

Owner/maintenance person has a particular allergy to animals, so dogs, cats and ESA animals can NOT be permitted. Water/Sewer and Hi-speed internet are included. Tenants establish/pay their own electricity account with WCU. Unit freshly painted and in good condition. Attentive management for any repairs that may become necessary. 35 years providing high quality rental housing experiences for WCU and SCC students.
